Issues With THAR-GM7 in 2016 Sierra 3500 (guide 91291)

THAR-GM7 EVO-ALL and Crimestopper RS4-G5 (datalink; only wires other than Datalink connector from the starter are power and ground because for some reason the starter would not work off the power provided by the DLC) Module programmed fine. Remote start worked several times in a row right after install. Fast forward to next day, delivery of vehicle--remote start worked one time. After that, the ignition would power up but would not attempt to crank. Tried a dozen times, checked plugs. Then the dreaded "service immobilizer system light" came on the dash and I just about S**T a brick. At that point I tried to start with the key--no crank. Wait 30 seconds, thankfully it started up. Reprogrammed module (decryptor process and all) Remote start works fine a dozen or so times, I send the customer on his way. Get a call back within an hour that it's doing all kinds of weird things--locks are acting strange (randomly locking/unlocking) remote start will sometimes work, sometimes not. The weirdest issue is that when he starts with the KEY, drives around, stops, turns the KEY off, the truck will continue running UNTIL the brake is depressed. Could this be a firmware issue? I'm just reviewing the installation manual and it mentions "modules manufactured between certain dates" enable option E5. When I read this during installation I assumed that it was referring to the vehicle manufacture date, not the module. I don't believe the module was manufactured almost a year ago or more, as it came packaged with the THAR-GM7 which just became available.

Double checked all wiring.Checked output from remote start, IGN and Start have power while cranking, ACC and ACC2 have power while ON but not cranking. Starter is crimestopper rs4-g5. No bypass module (US model-no transponder key)

EVO ALL in 2010 Lincoln MKX won't program

I reviewed the other post on this exact issue. At first attempt programming (using programming 3--2 keys) the red led flashed and then blue led flashed. The vehicle wouldn't remote start. I attempted a dozen times changing firmware (4.18, 71.39, 71.35, 71.34, 71.11) and programming using the two key method as well as decryptor process and single key. When attempting to program using the two key method, the red led does not flash, nor does the blue led flash. When using decryptor method, after uploading/downloading and updating the module, the vehicle will not remote start, the security light flashes on the dash indicating no valid key. If I hold the key next to the barrel it will remote start. i swapped out the evo-all for another, same result. I swapped out the evo-all for an evo-ride, the red led does not flash when I press the program buttton. RX (lt blue/blk) is connected to the yellow/org pin 4 of transponder TX (lt blue) is connected to purple/grey pin 3 of transponder connector. I tried swapping RX and TX, module wouldn't go into correct programming mode. I tried using the guide for Ford Edge, connecting evo-all relay output (Wht/blue, wht/red) to +12v, ign. 5 hours troubleshooting this thing. Normally changing firmware solves these type of issues, but I am at a loss.

EVO-ALL not shutting down RAP 2002 Bonneville

Installed INT-SL+, flashed to 3.06, would not program. Flashed to several other versions, still wouldn't program. Removed and installed EVO-ALL, firmware 4.06. first issue: service theft system indicator lights up on the dash when using the remote start. It starts and runs normally when remote started, just the message is displayed in the vehicle information center. second issue, RAP does not shut down after aborted remote start. Guide indicates that this function is compatible with given hardware/firmware.
